 I thought the world was in my hands 

Then learnt in a wimp that the world didn't exist at all 

I thought I had it all 

Then realised I never had it all 

What did I even see or hold 

I thought I had

were just all lies. 

never half the man you thought you were 

never real while stealing my reality

just die

die in a horrible death 

and see if I care

 I do not care that the world came after me 

for when you were beside me 

No truth could uncover the mystery 

of the dark, deep void within.

Still I came to find yours to fill all in me. 

Some words and some people,

I once thought were only filler 

only to discover they carved the void deeper 

Now it's yours to fill 

yours, with colours that my eyes had never seen 

yours, with songs unheard by my ears

yours, with a love I never knew existed

yours to put all my doubts to bed while you lie in bed with me 

a void so easily filled by you

that it overflows without trying

overflows with only you existing
